- Description
- As the representative of Parliament in the National Security Council, he is responsible for taking part in the sessions that resulted in issuing an overall order to the police and other armed forces to use lethal and non-lethal weapons during the November 2019 protests, causing hundreds of unarmed protesters’ and other civilians’ deaths and injuring thousands in many cities across the country. He is also responsible for taking part in the decision-making process for the internet shutdown during the November protests.
