The headquarters also confiscated the couple's house on May 11, 2020. Hassan Sadeghi and Fatemeh Muthanna were arrested on January 28, 2013, along with their children, for holding a funeral service for Hassan Sadeghi’s father who was an opposition political activist.
The couple were each sentenced to 15 years in prison and confiscation of all property in Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran. Hassan Sadeghi and Fatemeh Mutsani are currently serving their sentences in Rajai Shahr Prison and the women's ward of Evin Prison.
