Seyyed Mostafa Seyyed Hashemi, as the Deputy head of the Executive Headquarters of Imam Khomeini’s Order (EHIKO) and the second in command in this organization, has played a role and had a responsibility in confiscating and selling the property of Iranian citizens, especially religious minorities and political opponents. During the tenure of Seyyed Hashemi as the Deputy head of EHIKO, the institution has auctioned off at least 5086 pieces of property. Among the auction ads were confiscated property belonging to Baha'is, dissidents and political prisoners. These include the following property:
