As head of Branch 1 of the Yazd Revolutionary Court, Judge Fallah was directly responsible for issuing unjust death sentences, imprisonment, and confiscation of property to Baha'i citizens solely because of their religious beliefs. On 2 January 1996, Judge Fallah sentenced Zabihullah Moharrami a Baha'i citizen to death and confiscation of all property in favour of the Executive Headquarters of the Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) for renouncing Islam and apostasy.

As the head of Branch 1 of the Yazd Revolutionary Court, Judge Fallah was directly responsible for issuing unjust death sentences, imprisonment, and confiscation of property to Baha'i citizens solely because of their religious beliefs. On October 25, 1995, Judge Fallah ordered the confiscation of the property of Safamir Afzali, a Baha'i citizen, in favour of the Executive Headquarters of the Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO) and his only Muslim son, and deprived other non-Muslim children of their father's inheritance because of their religious beliefs.
Judge Fallah's ruling states:
"According to the Yazd Intelligence Office, which states that he was a follower of the Baha'i heresy and espionage sect who died some time ago and except for one of his children named Tahereh who is a Muslim, the rest belong to the heretical Baha'i spy sect, the court orders the confiscation one fifth of his property in favour of the EIKO and the rest of the property will be handed over to his Muslim heiress."

As the head of Branch 1 of the Yazd Revolutionary Court, Judge Fallah was directly responsible for issuing unjust death sentences, imprisonment, and confiscation of property to Baha'i citizens solely because of their religious beliefs. On September 14, 1995, Judge Fallah ordered the confiscation of all the property of Esmat Rouhani Manshadi, a deceased Baha'i citizen, in favour of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee's economic complex, depriving his children of their inheritance because of their religious beliefs.
Judge Fallah's ruling states:
"According to the report of the Intelligence Office of Yazd, which states that he was a follower of the Baha'i sect who died and that his wife and children are also followers of the heretical Baha'i sect, the court orders the confiscation of her property in favour of the economic complex of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee of Yazd."

On August 3, 1995, Judge Fallah ordered the confiscation of all the property of Tahereh Jam Turki, a Baha'i citizen.
Judge Fallah's verdict states that the reason for the confiscation order was the report of the Yazd Intelligence Office that Tahereh Jam Turki was a Baha'i.

As the head of Branch 1 of the Yazd Revolutionary Court, Judge Fallah was directly responsible for issuing unjust death sentences, imprisonment, and confiscation of property to Baha'i citizens solely because of their religious beliefs. On May 15, 1995, Judge Fallah ordered the confiscation of all the property of the late Baha'i citizen Abdul Hossein Sabeti in favour of the Executive Headquarters of the Imam Khomeini’s Order (EIKO), depriving his children of their inheritance because of their religious beliefs.
Judge Fallah's sentence states:
“Regarding the case of Abdul hossein Sabeti according to the contents of the case and the report dated 7 May 1995 of the Yazd Intelligence Office, which states that he is a Baha'i and all his children belong to the Baha'i heretical sect. The court orders the confiscation of his property in favour of EIKO.”

On April 10, 1995, Judge Fallah ordered the confiscation of all the property of Assadollah Mazidi, a Baha'i citizen, in favor of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee’s Economic Complex. This ruling was issued only based on the report of the Ministry of Intelligence stating that this citizen is a Baha'i.
