- Description
- Nazari is responsible for issuing an arrest warrant for the labor activists of the Khuzestan Haft Tappeh Sugarcane Company, on 19 November 2016. He is also responsible for cover ups and failures to investigate these detainees’ reports of torture, and harassing the family of Ismail Bakhshi (an imprisoned labor rights activist). These acts and omissions all played a significant role in violating the rights of these individuals.
