Amin Vaziri is responsible for the execution of Habib Asiod in his role as as the representative of the public prosecutor. The Revolutionary Court accused Asiod of attacking and intending to bomb military units in Ahwaz, using confessions extracted under duress.
Asiod was sentenced to death due to corruption on earth without a lawyer of his choosing present. He was executed on 6th of May 2023.

Amin Vaziri is responsible for the death of activist and journalist, Rouhollah Zam, in his role as the representative of the public prosecutor.
Rouhollah Zam managed the popular news channel, AmadNews. He was actively against the Islamic Republic during the protests of January 2014. Zam was abducted by security forces in October 2019 on a visit to Iraq.
In June 2020, Zam was sentenced to death by the Revolutionary Court for spreading corruption on earth. He was executed on December 12th of the same year.

- Amin Vaziri, as the assistant prosecutor overseeing the prisoners, is responsible for depriving political prisoner, Behnam Mahjoubi, of healthcare, and leave and freedom, and torture leading up to his death. Behnam Mahjoubi, Gonabadi Dervish, was arrested in 2017 during protests against the arrest of several dervishes in Tehran. Mahjoubi was sentenced to two years in prison and was transferred to Evin prison on June 20th, 2020 to serve his sentence. During his imprisonment, the prison authorities refused to supply him with medication, which left him paralyzed in half of his body. Despite Mahjoubi's critical physical condition, the authorities of Evin prison refused to take him to the hospital and instead transferred him to Razi Psychiatric Hospital in Amin Abad. On 13th of February 2021, with Mahjoubi's condition worsening again, he was transferred to Evin Prison's infirmary, but the prison authorities still refused to transfer him to the hospital and administered drugs that made him unconscious. Finally, with the insistence of Mahjoubi's relatives, he was taken to the hospital in a coma. Mahjoubi died in the hospital on 16th of February 2021.
