      Eghbal Saeid as the Judge of the branch 101 of the Criminal Court no.2 of the city of Mobarakeh is responsible for Issuing 10 years prison sentence for Mahmoud Mehrabi for insulting the sanctities and ignoring the allegations of torture with the purpose of obtaining false forced confessions and violating the rights of the detainee. Mahmoud Mehrabi, a resident of Mobarakeh, was transferred to the security detention center "Alef-T" in Dastgerd Prison, Isfahan, during his second arrest in June 2018 on charges of "insulting sacred beliefs." In April 2019, Branch 101 of the Criminal Court Two of Mobarakeh, presided over by Judge Eghbal Saeid, sentenced him to 10 years in prison for the charges of "insulting Islamic sanctities by insulting Imam Ali, Imam Naqi, and the Quran," as well as "gathering and conspiring with the intent to act against national security."
