- Nasroddin Salehi, in his capacity as the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor of Shahinshahr and a member of the Security Council of the town, is responsible for the arrest and torture of protesters, including the detention and torture of a 15-year-old protester named Bita Shafiei. Bita Shafiei, a 15-year-old student protester, was arrested for participating in protests related to the poisoning of students in Shahinshahr and was later released. In a video, she described her arrest and torture, including the fact that officers broke her finger.
