- Ebrahimi in his capacity as an advisory judge of branch 1 of Revolutionary Court, is responsible for issuing the death sentence for Toomaj Salehi, a protesting singer and political prisoner. Toomaj Salehi was arrested during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement in 2022 and after enduring 252 days of solitary confinement and a total of one year and 21 days of imprisonment, he was released on bail on November 18, 2023. Following his release, he described the conditions of his detention and the torture he endured in a video. He stated that during his detention, an injection, likely adrenaline, was administered to his neck "to prevent me from passing out during torture and endure the pain to its peak." He also mentioned that "during detention, they broke my hands and legs and severely beat my face and head. I tried to shield the blows with my hands, resulting in broken fingers." Security forces re-arrested Toomaj Salehi on November 30, 2023 with beating. On April 24, 2024, Branch One of the Isfahan Revolutionary Court sentenced him to death on charges of "corruption on earth."
