- As an investigator for Branch 3, Mohammadi has been responsible for issuing indictment order for women who did not observe the mandatory hijab during the ”Woman, Life, Freedom” protests. Mohammadi also accused a number of women with: Encouraging people to corruption and immorality (Mahsa); through Removing their hijab and dancing on the metro and The presence of women in public areas without Islamic hijab. On this basis, he requested that the prosecutor issue indictments against them. The 2022-2023 protests began following the killing of Mahsa (Jina) Amini on September 13, 2022, while in the custody of the Islamic Republic's Moral Security Police. Amidst the protests and afterwards, women have resisted the mandatory hijab in various ways and have suffered widespread repression, including denial of public services, education, arrest, court cases, fines, and imprisonment.

- Mohammadi is responsible for issuing indictment order against women protesters. He has charged these women with: Gathering and conspiring to commit a crime against internal/external security (Mahsa).
These charges were issued on the basis of their participation in the “Woman, Life, Freedom” protests and Mohammadi requested that the prosecutor issue indictments against these women.
The Women, Life, Freedom protests began following the killing of Mahsa (Jina) Amini on September 13, 2022, while in the custody of the Islamic Republic’s Moral Security Police. The protests quickly spread across the country and are considered the largest revolutionary uprising against the government since the founding of the Islamic Republic. The government in Iran responded to these protests with deadly violence.
According to reports from human rights organizations, the Islamic Republic’s law enforcement and security forces have killed at least 551 people, at least 68 of whom were children.
