- As an investigator for Branch 6 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office in Tehran’s District 33, Fadaizadeh has been responsible for issuing indictment order for women who participated in the “Woman, Life, Freedom” protests without complying with the mandatory hijab. Fadaeizadeh has accused a large number of women of Encouraging people to corruption and immorality (Mahsa) through Removal of hijab and has requested the prosecutor to open indictments against them. The 2022-2023 protests began following the killing of Mahsa (Jina) Amini on September 13, 2022, while in the custody of the Islamic Republic's Moral Security Police. Amidst the protests and afterwards, women have resisted the mandatory hijab in various ways and have suffered widespread repression, including denial of public services, education, arrest, court cases, fines, and imprisonment.

- Fadaeizadeh is also responsible for issuing indictment order for women protesters and in numerous cases, has accused women of charges such as: • Disturbing public order and peace (Mahsa) • Gathering and conspiring to commit a crime against internal/external security (Mahsa) These charges would be issued on the basis of their participation in protest gatherings and Fadaeizadeh would issue arrest warrants, while also requesting the prosecutor to issue indictments against the offending women. The 2022-23 protests began following the death of Mahsa (Gina) Amini on September 13, 2022, in the detention of the morality police of the Islamic Republic. These protests quickly spread across the country and are remembered as the largest revolutionary uprising against the government since the establishment of the Islamic Republic. The Iranian government responded to these protests with deadly violence. According to human rights organizations, the security forces of the Islamic Republic have killed at least 551 people, with a minimum of 68 of them being children.
