      Description
      Mohammad Hamidi Rad, in his role as the Deputy Judiciary of Evin Prison, is responsible for abuse, torture, deprivation of the right to treatment and furlough, and the violation of prisoners' rights. According to a report published in 2013, Mohammad Hamidi-Rad has exhibited extremely insulting and degrading behavior toward political prisoners, and, following the oral orders of certain judges such as Salavati, Maghiseh, and Pirabbas, he systematically creates numerous obstacles in the treatment process of prisoners. These obstacles have led to the exacerbation of incurable diseases among some security and political prisoners, resulting in severe consequences for them. Additionally, Hamidi-Rad was involved in the case of delayed treatment of imprisoned dervishes and their transfer from hospital back to prison, which has produced unclear outcomes.
