- Mohammad Mehrdadi, as the Deputy Director of Branch One of the Enforcement of Sentences at the Shahid Moghaddas (Evin) Prosecution Office, is responsible for summoning and enforcing court rulings against political and civil activists, women's rights defenders, journalists, and political activists. According to accounts from both former and current prisoners, Mehrdadi has been responsible for the mistreatment of political prisoners. He repeatedly exhibited insulting and humiliating behavior towards prisoners, especially female prisoners, and used explicit sexual insults.
