      As the head of the Second Branch of the Gorgan’s Revolutionary Court, he is responsible for violating the rights of 24 Bahai citizens who were charged for holding educational courses for children and propagating the Bahai Faith and sentenced to 6 to 11 years in prison in an unfair and discriminatory trial.
